You can build two types of templates: NDA form templates (with form fields, signature blocks, and consent text) and email campaign templates (with rich text, buttons, images, and personalization variables). Both use the same intuitive drag-and-drop builder.
What form elements are available for NDA templates?

Can I use variables in email templates?
Yes. Email templates support dynamic variables including {{email}}, {{firstName}}, and {{lastName}}. These are automatically replaced with each participant's actual data when the campaign is sent. Insert variables from the toolbar with one click.
What is the difference between Simple and Drag & Drop email editors?
The Simple editor is a text-based editor with formatting toolbar, buttons, images, and attachments — ideal for quick, clean emails. The Drag & Drop editor gives you full visual control with reusable template blocks, column layouts, and design elements — ideal for branded, pixel-perfect emails.
Can I preview templates on mobile?
Yes. Both NDA and email templates have Desktop and Mobile preview modes. Toggle between them in the editor toolbar to see exactly how your template renders on different screen sizes before sending.
Can I reuse and copy templates?
Yes. Every template can be duplicated with one click using the Copy button. You can also create new templates from scratch or start from any of the default templates provided — including NDA invite, collaborator invite, organization invite, screener invitation, and calendar invitation templates.
Can I add my company logo and branding?
Yes. Add your logo via the Image element, set brand colors in the text editor, and use Canvas Settings to control overall layout, alignment, and spacing. Your NDA and email templates can match your company's visual identity.
